O’Fallon, MO – West Community Credit Union is pleased to announce the promotion of Samantha Semonski to Member Solutions Assistant Manager. In her new role, Semonski helps lead the Member Solutions team, which works closely with members to navigate financial challenges and identify solutions that support their financial well-being. She focuses on team development and process improvement while helping ensure members receive exceptional service and support.
“What I enjoy most about my job is being able to help others and make a difference, whether that’s supporting my team, solving problems, or helping a member through a challenging situation,” said Semonski. “I also enjoy the opportunity to learn, grow, and find ways to make things better for both our team and our members. Throughout my career, I’ve learned that you can take your work seriously without taking yourself too seriously, and that’s something I strive to bring to my role every day.”

Semonski joined West Community Credit Union nearly nine years ago and has built a successful career dedicated to serving members and supporting her teammates.
