O’Fallon, Mo. –West Community Credit Union is pleased to announce Sarah Rehkop, Operations Manager, has been selected as a 2019 Baldrige examiner for the Baldrige Performance Excellence Program. As an examiner, Rehkop will be tasked to evaluate applicants for the national Baldrige Award—the only presidential award for performance excellence and innovation.
Sarah has been following the Baldrige framework for five years. In her time at the credit union she has served as a Missouri Quality Award examiner twice, completed two applicant site visits, and was the lead in the West Community on-site examiner assessments.
Rehkop is excited for the opportunity and is honored to be an ambassador for the Baldrige Program and for performance excellence. Last November, West Community Credit Union was named a recipient of the 2018 Missouri Quality Award by the Midwest Excellence Institute (MEI), designed to honor exemplary organizations for their achievements in performance excellence.
