O’Fallon, Mo. – West Community Credit Union is pleased to announce the promotion of Shannon Johnson to Vice President of Digital Engagement. In this expanded leadership role, Johnson will continue to oversee the credit union’s digital channels and platforms, including Online and Mobile Banking, ATMs and ITMs, and credit and debit card programs, while advancing the strategic vision for digital member engagement, innovation, payments, and data driven growth.
