O’Fallon, Mo. – West Community Credit Union is excited to announce the promotion of James Guilford to Regional Branch Manager II for the credit union’s West Region which includes West Community locations in St. Charles County and Tigers Community Credit Union locations in Boone County. Guilford began working at West Community Credit Union in 2010 and has steadily advanced his career with several positions throughout his tenure.
Guildford is responsible for frontline branch service and operations in the branches he oversees. “I love that every day brings a different challenge that a member, an employee or someone in our community is facing and we are here to help them overcome those challenges.” said Guilford.
“James is very deserving of this promotion.” said Kathy Gahr, Vice-President Member Experience. “He has been an exceptional employee of the credit union for nearly 12 years. I look forward to his continued professional growth in this position.”
Guilford has held positions in member services, member solutions, underwriting and branch management.
