O’Fallon, Mo. – West Community Credit Union is pleased to announce the promotion of James Guilford to Assistant Vice President of Branch Management. Guilford joined the team at West Community Credit Union in 2010 and has steadily advanced his career with several positions, most recently as Regional Branch Manager II. Guilford will assume additional responsibly for strategic decisions around the evolution of branch operations and branch transformation projects.
“As we look to the future, and as technology progresses, our branch management structure will continue to support additional member service delivery channels,” said Kathy Gahr, Vice President Branch Management. “James is the perfect person to align these resources and continue to deliver consistent and exceptional experiences for our members.”

Guilford has also held positions in member services, member solutions, underwriting and branch management.
