O’Fallon, Mo. – West Community Credit Union is pleased to announce the promotion of Chris Kelly to Consumer Lending Manager. In Kelly’s new role, he will manage the underwriting and loan processing departments and oversee all consumer lending at West Community Credit Union and Tigers Community Credit Union, the Columbia, MO division. .
“Each member we work with has a unique situation,” said Chris. “I love that every day we get to make decisions that directly help them improve their financial positions.” Kelly is a strong champion of the credit union Listening and Lending® philosophy which allows the credit union to lend by looking at the member’s whole picture, not just a credit score.

Kelly began working at West Community Credit Union in 2015 as a Members Services Consultant. In 2017, he was promoted to Branch Manager of their Kirkwood location where he stayed until accepting the Consumer Lending Manager position.
