O’Fallon, MO – West Community Credit Union announces the retirement of Chief Financial Officer Melissa Green, who concludes an exceptional 27-year career marked by dedication, leadership, and a profound impact on the organization’s growth and success.
Green began her career with West Community Credit Union as an Accounting Supervisor. Through her strong leadership, financial expertise, and unwavering commitment to excellence, she advanced to Controller, then Vice President – Controller, and ultimately to Chief Financial Officer, a role she has held for the past ten years.

It has been my honor and privilege to work for West Community for the past 27 years.”
