O’Fallon, Mo. — West Community Credit Union is proud to announce the promotion of Richard Dillard to Vice President of Commercial Lending, recognizing his leadership, experience, and long-standing commitment to serving business members and strengthening the credit union’s commercial portfolio.
In his new role, Dillard will continue to oversee West Community’s commercial loan portfolio, drive new loan growth, and support the ongoing expansion of commercial lending services while strengthening relationships with business members.
“Richard’s depth of experience, sound judgment, and commitment to doing what’s right for our members make him the ideal leader for this role,” said Jason Peach, CEO of West Community Credit Union. “He consistently balances opportunity with responsible risk management and has played a critical role in growing our commercial lending program.”
Dillard brings more than 40 years of banking experience, including 20 years with West Community, to the position.
