O’Fallon, Mo. – West Community Credit Union welcomes Austin Flynn as their Assistant Vice-President of Core Systems. Flynn will be responsible for the overall strategy, functionality and administration of the credit union’s core systems. Austin brings over 21 years of credit union experience and specializes in managing core banking solutions.
“This is an exciting time to be with West Community Credit Union and I look forward to contributing to future growth,” said Flynn. “We are currently working on a core system upgrade to serve our members with a more powerful and sophisticated program. It will also provide a better member experience and operational efficiencies for staff.

West Community Credit Union’s new core system, slated to complete in October, will allow the credit union to be more agile when adopting future programs and technologies.
