During the month of July, we hosted a donation drive to raise awareness about H.E.R.O.E.S Care. We encouraged our community and staff to donate supplies for deployed troops and struggling and military families before, during and after deployment.
We want to give a HUGE shout out to our members and staff for participating in our Christmas in July event for H.E.R.O.E.S Care. All of your donations were so greatly appreciated. We have a special message from Dave Woolley from H.E.R.O.E.S Care on how your efforts have helped military families in need:
Donation collected to benefit H.E.R.O.E.S. Care:
- 3,600 food and personal care items
- 26 lbs. of baby food
- $2,000 Monetary Donation
The credit union continues working with H.E.R.O.E.S. Care to sort donations and help put together care packages for troops deployed overseas. Follow along on Facebook for updates on our commitment to the community.
