O’Fallon, Mo – West Community Credit Union is excited to announce the promotion of Jared Bacon to Remote Service Manager. In his new role, Bacon will manage all operational efforts in the credit union’s Remote Banking environment focusing on member experience, innovation and operational efficiencies.
“The desire for remote banking has grown tremendously fast due to the change in banking behavior from the pandemic,” said Bianca Cowsert, Controller. ” Jared has played an instrumental role in the credit union’s success with digital transformation as part of our accounting team and is the perfect person for this newly created position.”
