O’Fallon, Mo. – West Community Credit Union is pleased to announce Sekoya Dowell as their E-Branch Manager. In her new role Dowell will oversee the daily operations of the credit union’s E-Branch, a central point for all member interactions.
Dowell brings 10 years of credit union call center experience with her. “It’s important that the members who don’t utilize a branch get the same assistance and support when they call, text or send us an email,” stated Dowell. “It’s rewarding to assist them with their need while providing exceptional member service. It shows that we are here them.”
